- The Pillow you are daily using to sleep should not use more than 3 years. because there is more possibility to create small insects in it as well as pillow get sink which may cause neck pains & allergies
- The Sponge using to clean kitchen equipment’s should not use more than 6 month
- The equipment using to clean the body when bathing of should boil with hot water of least once a month & use in order to protect from germs
- Do not use a towel more than 3 months, towel is a fast germ spreader & certainly washing the towel is not a good solution for it, also wet towels are good source for more germs there fore need to be continues to dry the towel well before using.
- Comb or hair brush continuously should use one year only. then it should be change for a healthy living it is advised to clean the comb once a week.
